Hi and welcome to the MnJHL Players/Coaches web- site. This area was created by the MnJHL to focus on one of our guiding principles, “development”.
Everyone loves to talk about development; we are building our entire league around it. Coaches sitting down with players, establishing on-ice development goals are pretty standard in junior hockey. How is the MnJHL different?
Investing in proprietary resource tools created specificity for our student athletics. This will promote self-discovery, trigger passion and value matrix discovery, being maturity driven, will help define life values and direction 10 years from now, for our student athlete. This investment in our young men will define the MnJHL.
Our investment in our players and coaches is broadcast by our commitment. This is our development model, stated by our mission statement.
